Returns & exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

*For clearance sale items we do not offer refund or exchange

To return an item, On your order form underlined the item you would like to return or exchange.

All shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. We will not accept returned items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

You will have to pay for the return shipment. Feel free to use the bag that your order came in to return the item(s). 

Please follow the returns procedure below: 

  1. On your order form underlined the item you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wrap your item securely along with your completed returns form.
  3. Take the package to your local post office, making sure you retain your certificate of postage.
  4. A refund or exchange will then be issued upon the satisfactory receipt of the item. Our web team will send you an email as soon as the refund or exchange has been issued. 

If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid. Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date we receive your returned item.

Exchange or refund without proof of purchase is not possible.
