If a child's foot is right up to the end of the shoe, it's too small. There should be a thumb's width of space between the toes and the front of the shoe. Remember though, that shoes that are too big can do as much damage as those that are too small.

The KID+ series is designed for confident walkers who love to run, climb and explore. The Desert Arctic is the ideal winter shoe: fully waterproof, insulated with soft merino wool (including the insole), and protected with a durable leather coating and inner membrane to keep feet dry. Merino wool is breathable, antibacterial and an excellent insulator, wicking moisture while keeping feet warm on the coldest days. The roll‑up wool collar adds extra protection when needed.

Flexible and supportive, the Desert Arctic allows natural movement while the higher upper provides warmth around the ankle. The Velcro fastening adapts well to medium and high insteps. Molded on a stitching last shaped for this stage of development, it offers secure midfoot hold and generous toe room.
