If a child's foot is right up to the end of the shoe, it's too small. There should be a thumb's width of space between the toes and the front of the shoe. Remember though, that shoes that are too big can do as much damage as those that are too small.

The shoes have a rubber sole that is very flexible. The rubber has also been pulled over the toe of the shoe to protect it from abrasion and soaking. The shoes are characterized by good waterproofing - they will withstand shorter walks in wet grass, pavements after rain, etc.

The shoes are spacious in the toe area. They are suitable for standard and slightly wider feet.
